All fine, but outdated rooms

Compact yet clean room provided all essentials for an overnight stay. The staff were exceptionally welcoming at check-in and facilitated an early arrival. Breakfast featured delightful hot and cold options, including excellent Italian coffee. However, the room felt cramped, lacking adequate lighting and basic amenities like toiletries, with a rather uninviting bathroom layout. Pricing seemed high considering the overall comfort level and less-than-ideal breakfast value at 19 euros.

Our family enjoyed a nice stay with a comfy room that had enough space for everyone and a great breakfast to fuel our busy day. The kids loved the pool and we appreciated the small fitness center to unwind after exploring, which made the trip even better. Just wish the restaurant had more dinner options, but overall it was a pleasant experience! 😊

Our stay was delightful thanks to the attentive front desk staff who went above and beyond. The freshly prepared breakfast offered a variety of options that started our day on a high note. Don't miss the parking space. it was a lifesaver for our family!

I found the Family Room spacious and clean, which made our stay quite comfortable. The bed felt supportive, allowing for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient for accessing the metro and reaching local attractions easily. Enjoyed the proximity to the Seine, especially with the beautiful views. The breakfast had a lot of variety, and the quality was decent. However, I noticed some issues. The air conditioning was quite ineffective. the rooms felt hot, and opening the window led to a lot of street noise, which disrupted our sleep. The mini-fridge didn't cool well despite the claims, and it would have been nice to have more mirrors in the room to make getting ready easier. Customer service seemed inconsistent, with some confusion around parking charges and late check-out arrangements, which led to some frustration during our stay.

The breakfast spread was a feast for kings—fresh and always stocked! Plus, I discovered some incredible local dining gems like Shizuoka, just a hop away, serving top-notch sushi that danced on my palate.

The restaurant was a bit of a letdown, especially the overcooked French fries and the stubborn waiter. The room felt stuck in the past, with poor lighting that made getting ready a struggle.
